Speck Funeral Home - Maxine Harvey

Funeral services for Mrs. Maxine Harvey, age 82 of the Taylors Crossroads Community, will be conducted 11 AM Thursday, June 17th, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.  Bro. Wayne Taylor will officiate.  Burial will be in Nelson Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Wednesday evening from 5 until 8 PM.

Mrs. Harvey passed from this life on Monday evening, June 14, 2021, from her residence.  She was born on October 5, 1938, in Carmi, Illinois, to the late Earl and Irene Ninness Pollard.  Maxine loved spending time with her family, sewing, crocheting, working crossword puzzles, and watching westerns.

Maxine leaves behind her daughter, Renee Wilborn & husband Ronald of the Taylors Crossroads Community; sons, Steve Harvey and Alex Harvey both of the Taylors Crossroads Community; grandchildren, Aaron Harvey, Andy Harvey, Shayna Harvey, Dustin and Brandon Wilborn;  7 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; brother Roy Pollard of Thailand; and sisters Helen Sexton of Carmi, IL, Mable Todd of Enfield, IL, and Betty Hosick & husband Tom of Enfield, IL.

In addition to her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Doyles "Chigger" Harvey; son Timothy Harvey; daughter Debra Harvey; brothers George Pollard, Robert Pollard, Kenny Pollard, Bill Pollard, and Clarence Pollard; and sisters Violet Ashby, Viola Carty, Margaret Pollard, and Judy Pollard.

Pallbearers to serve are Ronald Wilborn, Dustin Wilborn, Brandon, Wilborn, Aaron Harvey, Terry Pollard, and Tommy Hosick.
