Graveside Services for Mrs. Norma M. Franklin, age 82, of the Greenbriar Community will be conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, November 12, 2023, from the Allens Chapel Cemetery.  Bro. Roger Phillips will officiate.  The family will welcome friends at the graveside.

Mrs. Norma passed from this life on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from the Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville.  She was born at home in Hilham, Tennessee on April 15, 1941, to the late Willie and Pearl Massengille Phillips.  She was a member of the Aarons Chapel Church.  Norma enjoyed decorating her yard with flowers especially, daylilies, and roses.  She also made many works of art with her needle and thread.

Norma leaves behind her daughter, Sandy Fleming and husband Kevin of Allons, TN; and grandson, Matthew Fleming of Allons, TN.

In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her two husbands, Kenneth Barlow, and Ronald Franklin, also one sister, Sharon Allred.

Pallbearers to serve are Kevin Fleming, Matthew Fleming, Johnny Vaughn, Danny Barlow, Scott Hammock, and Eddie Medley.
