Mr. Cole passed from this life on Thursday afternoon, January 21, 2021, from Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born in Indiana on February 15, 1958, to the late Richard and Judith Wright Cole.

Joe leaves behind his aunt and uncle Jackie Ruble and husband Ronnie of Allons and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother Ed Cole.
