Speck Funeral Home - Patty Thompson

Mrs. Patricia Ann Thompson, known to many as Patty, age 72, of Livingston passed from this life on Tuesday, morning March 15, 2022, from the comfort of her home in Livingston.  She was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 3, 1949, to the late Luther Edward and Jessie Lee Goad Strong.  Patty worked for many years for the Berkline Corporation.  Her favorite job was working with her sister Carol at the Clark House, where you were always greeted with a warm smile and a kind loving service.  She loved catering, and meeting new people at the Clark House, where she never met a stranger.  A true loving and compassionate friend, wife, and grandmother.

Patty leaves behind her husband Charles F. Thompson of Livingston, TN; son, Kelly Thompson and wife Monica of Mt. Juliet, TN; daughter, Kim Matthews and husband Brad of Saratoga, CA; grandchildren, Aiden and Ava Matthews; sisters, Carol Ledford of Livingston, TN, and Linda Mort of Cookeville, TN.

In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Strong.
