Born on April 18, 1940, in Livingston, Tennessee, to the late George and Nora Taylor, Peggie's life was a testament to her unwavering faith, intelligence, and dedication to her family.

Peggie's journey through life was shared with her beloved husband, the late Joseph Fogal, with whom she built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Together, they raised a son, Robert. Peggie's legacy of love continued to flourish through her brother, Bobby Taylor and wife Annie and her adored grandchildren, Shelly, Robert with Holley, and Justin with Krysstin. She was a pillar of strength and a source of endless support to her great-grandchildren, Rachael, Joseph with Brittany, Jaydon with Amber, Morgan with Anthony, Regan with Charles, Promise, Laine, Bryan, Nathan, Kaylee, Jayce, Hendrix, Keenan, Kasper, and Deejay, and her great-great-grandchildren, Lily, Leia, Athena, Troy, and Jaxton.

A Christian by faith, Peggie lived her beliefs through her actions, embodying the virtues of compassion and service. Her professional life was marked by an impressive tenure as a forelady in glass manufacturing, where she was known for her hard work and leadership. Peggie's commitment to excellence in her career was paralleled only by her commitment to her family.

Peggie and Joseph's shared passion for travel and creating sanctuaries of warmth led them to own a cottage in Canada, situated on a picturesque island they both adored. They also built a beautiful home in Tennessee, a place that held a special spot in Peggie's heart. However, her love for her family called her back to Michigan, where she devoted herself to the care of her aging parents, embodying the role of a loving mother and daughter.

Those who knew Peggie will remember her as the embodiment of love and generosity. She was a woman of intelligence, whose wisdom and counsel were sought by many. Her nurturing spirit and ability to make everyone around her feel loved will be deeply missed.

Peggie's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of devotion, care, and unwavering support for her loved ones. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. Peggie Bernice Taylor Fogal's story is one of a life well-lived, full of love and cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
