Penny Deen Arbet, age 73, of Rickman, passed from this life Saturday evening June 15, 2024 from the comforts of he home. She was born on June 15, 1951 to the late Jay and Norma Cousins Frost. She enjoyed sewing and being crafty. She loved the Lord with her whole heart. She was a kind and gentle soul to those around. She was the rock of her family. She worried about those around her. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that loved her family fiercely. She was truly a wonderful person

Penny leaves behind her husband of 28 years Douglas Arbet of Rickman, TN; children Jane McCauley and husband Blaine of Rock Springs, WY, Justin Scott of Idaho Falls, ID, Troy Scott of Tuscon, AZ, Jaelene Casey and husband Justin of Marana, AZ, and Tonya Pettenger and husband Michael of Armington, IL; step-son Paul Arbet and husband John Ventimiglia of Atlanta, GA; grand children Shel Guymon, Chalee Christensen, Daniel Guymon, KylieScott, Gloria Scott, Cassandra Scott, Jordan Casey, Kellan Casey, Devon Casey, Wesley Pettenger, Aleshia Pettenger, Janae Pettenger, Elanna Pettenger, Sophia Pettenger, and Olivia Pettenger; great-grandchildren Aurora Pettenger, Bella Rose Pettenger, and Charlie Casey; brother Jay Frost and wife Candy of New Mexico; special friend Jane Cox of Detroit, MI.

In addition to her parents Penny is preceded in death by siblings Diania Lewis, Dale Frost-Cossom, Nancy Moore, Micheal Frost, and Robin Arnoldi.
