Celebration of life for Mr. Peter Wesley Shirk will be conducted at a later date.

Mr. Shirk passed from this life on May 19, 2023, from Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born to the late Albin B. and Maxine Gail Gilpin Shirk on April 4, 1942 in Findlay, Ohio.

Peter leaves behind his sons Andy Shirk of Livingston, Tennessee and Aaron Shirk and his wife Megan of South Carolina; two grandchildren; brother A.V. Shirk of Oberlin, Ohio; and sister Leslie Fetzer of Maine.

Peter was preceded in death by his parents.
