Speck Funeral Home - Randall Earl Fulton Obituary

Mr. Randall Earl Fulton, 61, of Cookeville and formerly of Byrdstown, passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on January 20th,2026. Randall was a man who enjoyed his family and friends.

 

Randall was born to Barlow and Armithie (Kennedy) Fulton in Byrdstown on March 23rd. 1964 as one of 12 children. he is survived by his stepchildren David Cook, Steve Hobert, Donna Bumbalo, and Mary Jones, his sisters Christine Stinson and Betty Stinson, brothers Andy Fulton, Michael Fulton, Gary Fulton, Steve Fulton, and Willie Fulton. He is also survived by his step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and numerous other family members.

 

He is preceded in death by his wife Deborah Ann, sisters Mary Reed, Lilly Wiggins, infant sister Linda Fulton, brothers, Curly Fulton, Bud Fulton, Billy Fulton, and George Fulton. 

 

Graveside services will be held Monday February 2nd at 1 pm from the Tompkins Cemetery in Pickett County TN. Brother J.B. Stinson will be conducting the service.
