Funeral Services for Mr. Randall "Randy" Mullins, age 68, of Celina, will be conducted 2 p.m., Sunday, September 3, 2023, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Burial to follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will welcome friends Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and then on Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 9 a.m. until time of service. 

Randy passed away from this life in the comforts of his own home on Thursday, August 31, 2023.  He was born on August 3, 1955, to the late Hassle and Dorothy Cooper Mullins. He enjoyed doing concrete work, gardening, and mowing grass. He loved his family dearly.

Mr. Randall is survived by son Eric Mullins and Kristi of Celina, TN and grandchildren Kaleb Mullins of Celina, TN and Hailey Mullins of Celina, TN. 

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his wife Mary Mullins and brothers Bruce Mullins and Junior Mullins.
