Rose passed from this life on Monday morning, June 13, 2022, in Nashville.  She was born at home in Hilham, Tennessee, on September 11, 1939, to the late Leonard Osborne and Mary Evelyn Craft Ward.  Rose was a 1957 graduate of Livingston Academy and a member of the West End Church of Christ.  Right after graduating Livingston Academy, she married her high school sweetheart, Charles Cooper "Chig" Parrott on July 5th, 1957.  They would have celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary next month.  Rose was a hard worker her entire life and enjoyed working in the surgical wing at Livingston Regional Hospital for over 50 years.  She truly cared for the well-being of her patients.  Rose was a Godly lady who loved her family and her church family unconditionally.  Her blood ran UT Orange for UT football and basketball, and every now and then the Alanta Braves.  She was a great vegetable gardener and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rose leaves behind her loving husband, Chig Parrott of Livingston, TN; daughters, Jackie Parrott of Livingston, TN, and Julie Jolley and husband Gib of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Brad Jolley and wife Tiffany of Monroe, TN, and Kyle Jolley and Andrea Winningham of Livingston, TN; great-grandchildren, Ava Brook Jolley, and Lane Bradley Jolley both of Monroe, TN; sisters, Cathy Sullivan and husband Bill of Livingston, TN, Judy Riley and husband Fred of Glasgow, KY, and Jennie Pike and husband William of Mooresville, IN; brother, Frank Ward and wife Betty of Rickman, TN.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her infant son, Charles David Parrott.
