Speck Funeral Home - Sharon Reece

Funeral Services for Mrs. Sharon Kay Smith Reece, age 67, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Monday, July 26, 2021 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.  Bro. Jerry Buck will officiate.  Burial to follow in the Fisk Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Sunday evening from 5 p.m. until  9 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sharon passed from this life on Thursday, morning, July 22, 2021 from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.  She was born August 6, 1953 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Norman and Katherine Louise Smith.  Baptist in Faith, Sharon worked for 25 years at the Overton County Health & Rehab.  She loved all her family, especially her grandbabies, and great-grandbabies.  Sharon also loved cutting up with her late husband Danny, singing and listening to music.

Sharon leaves behind her son, Kenneth Reece and wife Jenny of Hilham, TN; daughters, Kimberly Scott, and Kristy Phillips both of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Brian Reece and wife Shanda, Kayla and Amber Reece, Brooke Poston and husband Lance, Austin Phillips, Brooklyn Reece, Kendra Reece, Kaylea Scott, Kevin Reagan, and Dalton Reece; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Timmy Smith, Mark Smith, and James Smith all of Livingston, TN; sisters, Patricia Foster and Linda Brightbill both of Pensacola, FL, and Dian Kernell of Allons, TN.

In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Reece, and brother, David Smith.

Pallbearers to serve are Austin Phillips, Lance Poston, Mark Smith, Johnny Reece, Brian Reece, and Brandon Pennington.
