Speck Funeral Home - Stevie Michelle Plumlee

Funeral Services for Ms. Stevie Michelle Plumlee, age 35 of Rickman, will be conducted 3 PM Sunday, October 2nd, from Pleasant Ridge Church.  Bro. Justin Looper will officiate.  Burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.  The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 4 until 8 PM from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston.

Ms. Plumlee passed from this life on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from her residence.  She was born in Overton County on October 6, 1986, to Kathleen Looper and the late Steven Plumlee.  Stevie loved her family, spending time with her dog Boomer, and any kind of outdoor activity.  She enjoyed making candles and liked listening to Bluegrass music.  She was a 2005 Graduate of Livingston Academy and 2009 Graduate of Tennessee Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Fisheries Science.

Stevie leaves behind her loving mother Kathleen Looper Bilbrey of Rickman; brother Michael Julian and wife Terri of Monterey; sister Nicole Jones of Monroe; uncles Lowell and David Looper and wife Oye; aunts Myra Plumlee Haley, Judy Plumlee Garrison, Pat Bowen and husband Gary, and Donna Matthews and husband Donnie; nephews Cayden Jones, Nicholas Jones, and Cody Julian; nieces Tasha Harris and husband Wes and Tiffany Maynard and husband Chris; and great nephews Eli and Owen Harris, and Ryver, Michael, and William Maynard.

In addition to her father, Ms. Plumlee was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Ernest and Effie Looper; paternal grandmother Ina Mae Plumlee; and paternal uncle Keith Plumlee.

Pallbearers to serve are Cody Julian, Cayden Jones, Wes Harris, Chris Maynard, Tasha Harris, and Thomas Looper.  Honorary Pallbearer will be Nicholas Jones.
