In Loving Memory of Mrs. Tammy Marie Davis Copeland, RN

March 29, 1972 – May 21, 2025

A compassionate caregiver, devoted mother, and beloved wife, Mrs. Tammy Marie Davis Copeland, age 53, of Livingston, Tennessee, passed peacefully at her home on Wednesday evening, May 21, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Speck Funeral Home in Livingston, with Bro. Andy Cope officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 23, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and again on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow at the Overton County Memorial Gardens. 

Born in Byrdstown, Tennessee, on March 29, 1972, Tammy was the daughter of the late Garvin Davis and Mable Olene Booher Davis. A 1990 graduate of Pickett County High School, Tammy pursued her calling in healthcare, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010.

For many years, Tammy served the Upper Cumberland community as a dedicated Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care to countless patients and their families. Her gentle spirit, clinical skill, and unwavering dedication to nursing left a lasting impression on both colleagues and those in her care. Nursing wasn’t just a profession for Tammy — it was a ministry of love, healing, and service.

Outside of her work, Tammy found joy in life’s simple pleasures — shopping, traveling, and especially cruises with friends. Her heart, however, was always with her children and grandchildren, who were her greatest treasures.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and several beloved siblings.

To honor her life of service, pallbearers will include Brandon McDonald, Brad Collins, Samuel Davis, Morgan Speck, and Blaine Jolley.

Tammy will be remembered not only for the lives she touched as a nurse, but for the love she gave so freely as a mother, grandmother, and friend. Her legacy of care will live on in every life she helped heal.
