Graveside Services for Mr. Terry Lee Young, age 85 of the Independence community, will be conducted 2 PM Sunday, October 17th from Martin Cemetery.  Bro. Shane Nelson and Bro. Nolen Cantrell will officiate.  The family will welcome friends at the graveside.

Terry passed from this life on Thursday morning, October 14, 2021, from St. Thomas West in Nashville.  He was born in Overton County on July 14, 1936, to the late Madison and Gladys Phillips Young.  Terry enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler and farming cattle and hogs.  He always loved going to church and visiting with friends and relatives.

Mr. Young leaves behind his son Tim Young of the Independence community, grandson Zachary Thomas Young of Livingston, and special friend Lillian Sherrill.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Young was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Zachary Young.

Pallbearers to serve are James Robbins, Ralph Robbins, Jerry Borden, Kendrick Melton, Gary Ramsey, and Jeff Reagan.  Honorary pallbearers will be Levi Miller, Joseph Yoder, Mike Patel, and George Seber.
