Speck Funeral Home- Tobias Brooks Keltner Obituary
Mr. Tobias "Toby" Brooks Keltner, age 7, passed away on November 15, 2025. Memorial service for Toby will be conducted at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Life Church Livingston, located at 1634 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, TN 38570.
Toby was such a boy—full of curiosity, mischief, and charm in equal measure. From the moment he arrived, he was into, over, under, and through absolutely everything. If there was a way to explore it, climb it, open it, or get tangled in it, Toby would find it. And if he happened to get himself into trouble, all it took was that unmistakable smile to make it impossible to stay upset. That smile could light up a room, soften any scolding, and remind everyone just how much joy he carried with him.
Everyone who knew Toby loved him. He could be a handful at times—but he was our handful, and we cherished every moment of it. Beneath all the energy and adventure beat the heart of the kindest, most helpful kid you’d ever meet. Toby’s affection ran deep; he loved to snuggle and had a way of making the people he cared about feel truly special and seen.
He started out shy, often watching quietly from the sidelines, but once he warmed up to you, he was your best friend for life. There was a brightness to him—Toby was incredibly smart, quick to learn, and always full of surprises. Whether he was figuring something out far too quickly or noticing things most others overlooked, he had a spark that was uniquely his.
Toby will be remembered for countless things, but above all, for that beautiful smile—one that brought comfort, laughter, and love to everyone lucky enough to know him. His spirit, his sweetness, and his boundless heart will stay with us forever.
He was our boy. And we will love him, always.
