Funeral Services for Mrs. Wanda Nell Beaty Stephens, age 90, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from the First Christian Church in Livingston. Rev. James Shenko will officiate. Burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 4 until 9 p.m. from the First Christian Church in Livingston.
Mrs. Wanda passed from this life on Sunday evening, July 31, 2022, from the Livingston Regional Hospital. She was born in Overton County, Tennessee to the late George and Dean Copeland Beaty. Wanda was a 1950 graduate of Livingston Academy. She was a member of the First Christian Church for many years where she enjoyed working with the youth. Wanda was a nurse for many years and loved helping others in need. She took joy in keeping her yard and flowers like a Southern Living magazine. She also enjoyed helping with the Cub Scouts. Wanda's greatest joy and love was always her family.
Wanda leaves behind her sons, Mike Stephens, Tom Stephens and wife Stacy, and Eddie Stephens and wife Jennifer all of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, Tatum Hill and husband Justin, Ferran Kefauver and husband Adam, Mallie Rogers and husband Mills, Abby, Hope, and Sydney; great-grandchildren, Alice Grace, John Roberts, Grey, Lennon, Jak, Grover, Liza, Annie, Ellie, Jay, and Haddie; sister, Ann Ward and husband Jim of Crossville, TN; brother, Jimmy Beaty of Livingston, TN; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Stephens, grandson, John Michael Stephens, and sisters, Evelyn Stephens, and Colleen Norris.
Pallbearers to serve are Tom Stephens, Michael Stephens, Eddie Stephens, Danny Smith, Justin Hill, Adam Kefauver, and Mills Rogers.
