Mr. William Blake, Jr., age 72, of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Sunday evening, August 22, 2021 from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born in San Francisco, California on January 18, 1946 to the late William Blake Sr., and Rose Mary Romanik Blake.

Mr. Blake leaves behind his sons, William Blake III and his wife Betty of Livingston, TN, and Paul Blake and his wife Marina of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jolene, William IV, Christina, Elizabeth, Brian, and Rose; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Blake of San Francisco, CA, Michael Blake and his wife Julia of Seattle, WA, and Roy Blake of Redding, CA; sister, Darlene Ray and her husband Jim of Algood, TN.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Blake.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date.
